Melanie has proven her success in managing program operations that support automated, lean, efficient & scalable operational processes, new requests, enhancement updates & day-to-day technology security & maintenance for all of the Company's software systems like complex websites, mobile apps & custom enterprise software applications. Although young, she is 3rd generation to a well-known fibre optic cable network engineering family who had dedicated their whole lives building the United States electrical infrastructure grid, and only once you know this about her and have the privilege to talk to her can you instantly make sense of why she is a field expert in the realm of reliable, omni-present business software secured in cloud infrastructure. Once her grandfather passed away, she would continue to help solve the World's most complex problems with the help of technology. Always keep helping the world more forward in the RIGHT direction, to become more unified when it comes to the privilege of accessing & sharing data globally with customers & employees.
This is why she is a powerhouse, focused on driving business OPEX & CAPEX initiatives, increasing resource performance output & return on investment profitability through skilled application of agile, ITIL, SAFe, and lean six-sigma process techniques at every project stage.

Advanced technical documentation has been Alex’s most recent forte, with the rapid growth of the SaaS delivery model. Alex has built and populated online knowledge bases for many clients and has worked with C-level management to collect and identify key features for implementation in SaaS offerings.

His strength and experience lies in outstanding interpersonal and written communications, project management, team communication and coordination, staff hiring & training, high-level customer service and success.
