DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Whether we are fixing or upgrading existing business software, are custom developing it from scratch, or configuring & integrating existing 3rd party software, the process of how we go about planning & developing it are the same.
First, software development is exactly like construction development by having 3 phases:
PHASE 1: Software System Planning & Design
We have a thorough planning phase because just like in construction, you need the project plans & design specs, legal feasibility analysis, contracts signed from customers, contractors, materials vendors, and the right subject matter experts to validate what needs to be done to get it done correctly. Rushing through the software system planning phase accounts for 90% of all failed projects.

PHASE 2: Software System Development
During development, the Project manager will manage the development work with the development contractors and subcontractors, providing weekly status reports on progress updates as needed.
During development, we engage you in the process by showing demos as it's being built to ensure we are building it according to expectations & have time to make any changes.

PHASE 3: Release Software to Public, Provide Training & Ongoing Tech Support​
This phase has 3 areas: Testing, Release/Training & Post-Release technology software program IT support for customers and emplyees. During this time, we do a series of software tests, one final test including you, to ensure that it is working as expected for final approval to release the software program and either roll it out to the public all at once on 1 date, or roll it out in beta stages by region, department or by team within a Company.

We also determine the need for post-release tech support for any feature changes or bug fixes post-release.
